What is your refund policy?

We do have a no refund policy although you're welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else if you're not able to make it.

Do you have ADA/Wheelchair accessible seating?

Yes! To purchase ADA seating, please call us at 480-812-1100.

How do I purchase VIP packages and/or why can't I see which VIP seats are available?

All VIP seating is sold over the phone so available VIP seats cannot be seen online. Please call us at 480-812-1100 to purchase VIP packages or find out which seats are available.

Can I buy 3-Day Tickets?

3-Day tickets went off sale on March 5th so the only 3 Day ticket you can purchase is the Platinum VIP Package. All other tickets are single day tickets. You can save time purchasing single day tickets for multiple days by calling our office at 480-812-1100.

Do you have a group discount available?

Yes! For groups of 15 or more, you can call our office at 480-812-1100 and get group tickets for $30 per person and no credit card fees.
