Welcome to Elemental Nourishment: Summer Solstice Circle!
Come join us for a depthy and enlivening gathering in nature at Ernest E. Debs Regional Park on Sun June 23, 2024 at 11:00 AM PDT. Let's recognize the longest day of the year with a circle of like-minded individuals, connecting with the elements and seasons, and leaning into Earth's wisdom.
Immerse yourself in the beauty of the park as we honor the summer solstice with:
- Poetry
- Mindfulness practices
- Nature connection
- Nourishing chef prepared food
- Practices from the "spiral" from The Work that Reconnects
Reflecting on gratitude, honoring our pain, seeing with new and ancient eyes, and going forth - fruiting motivation, solidarity, and collective resilience!
We will process grief and the weight we each carry with water and stone, lean into love and growth with plants and Earth, and ignite action and purpose with fire.
Come as you are.
Reinvigorate your courage to act on behalf of all life.
Experience the gifts of nature's nourishment in this special gathering.
Guided by Kara London, LMFT and Ecotherapist.
Featuring Mexican inspired cuisine from Earth Steward and Chef Paige Murtaugh.

- Cultivate community
- Instill empowerment and solidarity

Time in nature has proven physiological, psychological, and emotional benefits. When we have spaces to share the gratitude we have for this life, and the grief that we hold for our individual and collective suffering, this relieves isolation, enlivens us, and helps us to turn towards our callings.
We welcome people of all ethnicities, orientations, and genders, including those identifying as BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and neurodiverse individuals.
We welcome those who are ability diverse, but please note that during a portion of the event, we will take a short hike up the hillside. This is a relatively gradual grade, but the terrain is somewhat uneven. This portion is inaccessible by wheelchair. Please contact me if you have questions.
