Elemental Magic Workshop

One of my favorite elements of workshops and Reiki circles, are crafting guided meditation to accompany different themes. I have  received so much positive feedback  regarding the guided meditations  that I have decided to bring the meditations online.  In addition, I  begin each meditation with approximately 11 minutes of Breathwork to help participants reach a meditative state with ease.  This is an online event - you simply need to have a quiet place to lay down or sit in a meditative position without being disturbed.  If you have headphones, you may enjoy the listening experience even more.  Many attendees, also use essential oils, incense, eye masks and a blanket to support their journey.  Each event will follow around the following time.First 15 minutes: Introduction to theme, handout and setting intention45-50 minutes:  Guided meditationLast 10 - 15 minutes:  ClosureI love bringing people together and building community, especially at a time when so many people feel isolated.
