About this event

We are so excited to share our 11th Annual Fundraiser Gala with everyone, don’t miss it! Please SAVE THE DATE for September 21st, 2024! Buy a Gala ticket, half-table, or table to attend the Gala. Invite friends, family, co-workers, neighbors, and others in your circles.

We are thrilled to have keynote speakers, Angela Lunde M.A. and Vijay Ramanan, M.D., PhD of Mayo Clinic. They will speak on, "The Intersection Between Medicine and Community."

We look forward to this event each year to highlight the work of our wonderful volunteers, staff, and community network of those supporting older adults and their caregivers. We celebrated 35 years of service and are moving forward in our 36th year of service, seeking support to expand new programs and to ensure we can continue serving the community's growing needs.

We will share updates about the services that Elder Network has been offering for Dodge, Olmsted, Wabasha, and Winona County older adults and caregivers, over the past year and highlight emerging needs. We will provide lots of fun with a dance and live music from Sister & Company, and opportunities to bid on items through silent and live auctions.

Matching Funds from Mayo Clinic!

Mayo Clinic has donated funds to provide a matching grant to Elder Network, and with your help, we can meet our goal of $5,000-the matching grant amount!

We will be able to match $5 for every $1 raised because of Mayo Clinic’s generosity and the support of our federal funding. We need your involvement to reach this goal and stretch our funding to make the most of limited resources! Stay tuned on more details regarding the Gala in 2024. Thank you for your continued support!

Purchasing Tickets

Please check back for updates as the Elder Network 11th Annual Gala gets closer. We will begin ticket sales on May 15th, 2024, and you will be able to purchase online, in-person in our office, through the mail, as well as over the phone.

The 11th Annual Gala is our main fundraiser for the year and is an important source of funding to allow us to maintain free and low-cost services. In 2024, we have seen rising costs and some grant funders unable to support us at the same levels as in the past. We have been notified of impending cuts to our federal funding that will be felt in 2025-2035. We will also experience the discontinuation of American Rescue Plan federal funding by the end of September-an essential source of funding for our Group Respite, Technology Assistance, Caregiver Workshop, and Aging Mastery Program. Because of these challenges, our fundraiser is more important than ever-and your support ever more essential to older adults and caregivers living in our community. Please consider the impact of Elder Network, and how you can help us to achieve our goal.

We cannot wait to share with you all that we have been up to, and we greatly appreciate your continued support!
