You'll gain the wisdom of ELA's vast global community and directly from your local peers.

We limit each event to 25 attendees.

$49 for non-members (+ Eventbrite booking fee.)

Is there a virtual option to attend any of the Oversight Manager Roundtables?

The events are onsite only. The Oversight Managers Group members meet virtually every month to discuss oversight-specific topics. If you would like to become a member, please see this page for info and application: https://www.ergleadershipalliance.com/omg

Why is there a registration fee and is it at all refundable or transferable??

Since seating is so limited, we don't want anyone holding a seat someone else can use. The $49 ELA non-member fee is refundable up to 30 days before the event. If you want to transfer to another person, you may do so as long as they are an oversight manager.

Do I have to be an ELA member to attend one of the roundtables?

Both non-members and members are very welcome! The only requirement is to be responsible for overseeing multiple/all of the employee groups in your organization.

What other expense should I expect to attend a roundtable?

ELA and our event host will provide snacks and beverages throughout the event. Attendees are responsible for any travel expenses, including parking.

Can I bring a friend or colleague to the event?

Please invite them to register, provided they are also responsible for overseeing employee groups.

Can my organization host a future Regional Roundtable?
