Benefits Fight the Blight Inc. and the Hoarding Alliance of Westmoreland County. Learn more about Fight the Blight&#x27;s programs to address community blight, assist homeowners who are unable to maintain their properties and assist our citizens who suffer from Hoarding Disorder. Brian Lawrence, Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority of Westmoreland County, will be speaking to address what Westmoreland County is working on with blight remediation. Artist, Greg Gongaware, designer of the panels of the exterior wall of The Lamp Theater in Irwin, will also be speaking on his experiences of the blight remediation of the theater with art.Breakfast includes quiche, hashbrowns, sausage, various breakfast pastries, coffee, and orange juice
