From Baked Persian Herb Omelets (kuku sabzi) to Spanish Eggs with Garlicky Bread and Chorizo (migas), people around the world transform eggs into flavorful, satisfying meals. In this class, you'll learn to cook these delicious dinner options as well as learn key egg techniques. You'll make Fluffy Olive Oil-Scrambled Eggs, learn how to season a carbon-steel pan for nonstick cooking without chemical coatings, and figure out how to coax fried eggs into a perfect balance of set whites and runny yolks.
This is a three-hour hands-on cooking class led by Milk Street Cooking School educators.
