This is a training and help session for building owners needing to comply with St. Louis Park's* Efficient Building Benchmarking ordinance.

*** Covid-19 update: Previously scheduled in-person trainings in St. Louis Park and Edina will be held instead as personalized web-based training sessions. RSVP on Eventbrite to sign up, and you will be contacted to set up an appointment for a one-on-one training. ***St. Louis Park&#x27;s Efficient Building Benchmarking ordinance requires that owners of commercial, multifamily, and public buildings over 25,000 square feet benchmark and report their energy and water performance using the EPA’s ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager Tool.This is the first training for 2020 to support property managers and building owners who need to comply with the benchmarking ordinance. This training will provide information about benchmarking and why it was passed here in St. Louis Park, how to benchmark using ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager, how to connect a building’s Portfolio Manager account to Xcel&#x27;s Benchmarking portal and CenterPoint Energy&#x27;s Data Portal, and how to submit a benchmarking report to the City and make sure you are in compliance.*This event is being hosted by the City of St. Louis Park but is open to citizens of Edina who are complying with the City of Edina&#x27;s Efficient Building Benchmarking ordinance.
