  • Build your leadership identity through increased self‑awareness

  • Learn strategies to increase motivation and employee engagement

Day 2: Team Building, Problem Solving, Delegation & Time Management

Focus: Applying leadership skills to team environments, decision making, and supervisory responsibilities.

  • Apply stages of team development (forming → adjourning)
  • Use creative problem‑solving and decision‑making tools
  • Practice effective delegation at the individual and team level
  • Learn practical time‑management techniques for supervisors
