Focus: Building self‑awareness, understanding leadership behaviors, and strengthening communication.

  • Identify and interpret your personal DiSC behavioral style
  • Build your leadership identity through increased self‑awareness
  • Explore key leadership theories and essential leadership attributes
  • Improve verbal and nonverbal communication skills
  • Strengthen active listening and emotional intelligence
  • Assess personal conflict management styles
  • Learn strategies to increase motivation and employee engagement

Day 2: Team Building, Problem Solving, Delegation & Time Management

Focus: Applying leadership skills to team environments, decision making, and supervisory responsibilities.

  • Understand the characteristics of high‑performing teams
  • Apply stages of team development (forming → adjourning)
  • Use creative problem‑solving and decision‑making tools
  • Practice effective delegation at the individual and team level
  • Learn practical time‑management techniques for supervisors
  • Recognize team resistance and develop strategies to overcome it
