As a manager, there are times when your next conversation could have a crucial outcome. You may have conversations that solve a problem or provide immediate support; you may also have conversations that begin a disciplinary or end a working relationship. Our conversations can be complex, challenging and have very significant consequences, so we have designed a session to:
- Explore and define what an effective conversation is.
- Examine a model for exploring and managing ourselves as communicators.
- Define (and practice) the skills we need to achieve the outcomes we need.
