The  class, taught by Level 1 sommelier Cait Maxwell, includes: -Learn the popular varietals and their characteristic on wine menus -Practice the proper way to hold a wine glass  -Master the art of serving and storing wine -Taste and discover 6 popular wine varietals -Learn how to describe the sight, smell and taste wines -Discover and taste basic wine and food pairings to impress your next party
