Our focus is on connecting the District’s 8 wards through great craft cocktails featuring local spirits, beer & wine, and good vibes. Stop by and enjoy metrobar's Fireside Market and Lounge, with a variety of cozy heated spaces, a selection of featured cocktails, S'mores roasting kits, and a complimentary whiskey sampling!</p><p>Discover Edmond’s Honor, a premium vanilla barrel-aged Bourbon whiskey that celebrates untold stories, rich history, and the artistry of discovery. Aged in rare and highly coveted vanilla barrels, then blended by "Liquid Curator" Tracie Franklin, this bourbon takes on the deepest, most nuanced qualities of Madagascar vanilla. The result is a bourbon perfect for savoring, with a smooth finish and lingering notes of caramel and pecan. Franklin stands among the few Black women in the whiskey industry leading a brand’s production from inception, and intentionally uses her leadership role at Pronghorn to open doors for others inside and outside the spirits industry.</p><p>Edmond's Honor has earned recognition with awards, including “Best in Class” at Las Vegas Global Spirits and gold medals at the New York and San Francisco International Spirit Awards. It is currently distributed across New York, New Jersey, Florida, California, DC, Maryland and Georgia. With plans for national distribution and international expansion, Franklin and the Edmond’s Honor team continue to innovate with a commitment to quality and storytelling.</p><p>From 6 to 9PM, Kalea Urquhart will host whiskey tastings in one of metrobar's festive Fireside Chalets. As State Manager for Edmond’s Honor Bourbon, Kalea leverages 11 years of experience across sales and marketing to expand the brand’s footprint. She thrives on connecting with partners and creating memorable brand moments. Her love for bourbon fuels her passion for representing Edmond’s Honor with authenticity and enthusiasm.</p>
