This is a magazine with an opinion, one that advocates for preserving food traditions, savoring food experiences, and pulling back the curtain on where New York's food comes from and how it gets here.All sales are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. Food and drink are subject to availability and subject to change. Must be 21+ with valid ID to attend this event unless otherwise specified.Edible allows participating chefs the freedom to prepare a dish of their choice and therefore we cannot guarantee that the dishes being served do not contain common allergens such as: nuts, dairy, gluten, etc.  Vegan and vegetarian options may also not be available.

Edible Manhattan

In partnership with Woodford Reserve, we are hosting our first Bartender Symposium at the Culinary Institute of America.
We are looking for New York’s best bartenders and spirited professionals to be our guests at Hyde Park’s prestigious Culinary Institute of America for a symposium focused on how bartenders are changing the culinary landscape by bringing drinks out from behind the bar and onto the dinner table.
Tuesday, November 29th, 2016
12 pm       Depart NYC (buses to depart from midtown manhattan)
3 pm         Arrival in Hyde Park & tour of Culinary Institute of America
330 pm     Welcome cocktail
4 pm         An afternoon of education
6 pm         A sit down dinner at the CIA’s American Bounty
830 pm      Return to NYC
1030 pm    Arrival in NYC
