How far will we walk?

The tour typically requires attendees to walk about four miles at a relaxed pace.

Will it cost anything more than the ticket price?

No. The tour is walking tour that also includes riding free public transportation. There will be opportunities along the tour to purchase at your own cost any food or drink.

What do I get for my ticket?

In addition to providing an overview of the submarket, tour host Peter Zalewski will provide you with a prinout of all of the condo projects in the submarket walked, a statistical handout to assess the health of each condo project and answer all of your questions.

Why should I take the tour before buying a condo?

Will I be presented condo units to buy?
