ABOUT THE SHOW:
I WAS ON A SITCOM is a show about finding out who you are when your TV show ends and your "real life" begins. Because when you've played a character on TV for a decade, what exactly does it mean to "be yourself?” This show offers a rare intimate glimpse inside a popular sitcom actor’s real, raw life. You will walk away feeling like you’ve made a new friend — and learned more about birthing twins than you ever did before. It’s funny, it’s dark, vulnerable, and disarmingly casual — it’s like having a night out with Eden herself, telling you a story over drinks.

ABOUT EDEN SHER:
Eden Sher starred on ABC’s The Middle for 9 years as the beloved character Sue Heck. Eden was hailed by Vulture as "the breakout star of the series" and Emily Nussbaum of The New Yorker wrote “[Sher] gives a fearless performance as Sue." Sher was nominated for a Critic’s Choice Award 5 times for the role, winning in 2013. She also voiced the character Star on Disney Channel's Star Vs. The Forces of Evil, which ran for 5 seasons. In 2020, she gave birth to two people in the span of 20 minutes, and has succeeded in keeping those two people alive for over two years now.

Directed by Sara Rejaie and Charlie McDermott
