You are invited to move, play, connect, sweat, stretch, sound, unwind, renew, cry, release, improvise, transform. Be true to yourself, while respecting your body, in this space that we co-create together.

Welcome to the Ecstatic Dance at the Goddess Spot! Get ready to move, groove, and connect with your body and soul on November 8, 2025 at 3:00 PM. Let's dance our hearts out in a safe and welcoming space where everyone is free to express themselves through movement. We start with a guided movement meditation, then move into free dance and finish with a sound bath. Join us at the Goddess Spot for an evening filled with positive vibes and great music.
