What is Ecstatic Dance?

Ecstatic Dance is a free-form, guided movement experience where participants dance however their bodies want to move. There is no choreography and no right or wrong way to dance.

Do I need dance experience?

Not at all. This event is for all bodies and all levels. You are invited to move in whatever way feels natural to you.

Question 3

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes you can move and sweat in. Dancing barefoot or in socks is encouraged.

What should I bring?

Please bring:
• A water bottle
• An open mind
• Anything you need to feel comfortable moving

Can I leave early or arrive late?

Accepted Answer

We encourage arriving on time so you don’t miss the opening warm-up. If you need to leave early, please do so quietly and respectfully.
