ECSTATIC DANCE

Ecstatic Dance is a freeform, barefoot, sober, all ages dance gathering, designed to help you explore and express who you are. No dance experience needed!

This is a NEW ecstatic dance gathering for Las Vegas, which will hopefully be recurring (come dance with us and help make it great!). It will take place at the lovely My Roots dance studio.

Your DJ for this dance will be the incredible DJ Lady G @dj.lady.g

To wear: comfortable clothes you can move in.

To bring: a bottle of water (there is also water available for purchase)

Event Schedule:

6pm: doors open

6:15pm: movement warm-up

6:30pm: DANCE

8:30pm: relaxing sound bath & closing circle

Please register via Eventbrite. Space is limited and tickets may sell out, so we cannot guarantee there will be tickets at the door!

This event is all ages. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Ecstatic Dance Rules:

No shoes. No talking. No intoxicants. No phones. No judgment.

Ecstatic Dance is designed to be a safe place for self-expression and it is encouraged for everyone to be themselves and explore whatever movement feels natural. There will be designated areas where people can talk or check their phones, but the dance floor will be reserved for dancing.
