Get Ready for Ecstatic Dance!

Join us for an in-person experience where you can really let loose and move to the rhythm. This is all about feeling the music, connecting with your body and expressing yourself freely in a nonjudgmental space. This is a sober space with an honoring of consent and personal space. No dance experience nesessary just show up as you are with an invitation to have fun and express yourself naturally through movment. Shake off stress and manifest new intentions into your life through movment and being. We will have a check in circle at the beginning and a closing out circle at the end which are optional if anyone wants to share and give their name to build community.
