Overview

Let the music move you. No choreography, just feeling. Cacao to open, dance to unleash, sound healing to land. Open, move, unravel & soften.

~ Ecstatic Dance ~

A movement journey where the music pulls you deeper into your body, guiding you through every layer of expression. Let the music take you.. untamed, feeling fully alive, just your body, your energy, the desire to move, feel, and release.

No choreography, no judgment just here to encourage raw movement with the freedom to feel it all. A space to surrender, to play, to tap into your sensuality, your softness, your power!!!!!!!!

We’ll open together, collectively taking in some cacao to open up our hearts to rise into a beautiful dance journey letting the rhythm consume us and melt into a deeply grounding sound healing to close.

*GUIDELINES*

1. Move Freely
This is a space for intuitive, expressive movement. There are no steps to follow—just listen to your body and let it guide you.

2. No Talking on the Dance Floor
We practice moving without words to deepen connection with ourselves and each other. Conversations are welcome outside the space.

3. Consent is Everything
Respect personal space. If you wish to dance with someone, use nonverbal cues and honor all responses clear yes or no.

4. Barefoot or Soft Shoes
We dance barefoot to feel grounded and connected.

5. No Phones or Photos
This is a screen-free, present moment experience. Keep devices off the dance floor.

6. Substance-Free Space
Come as you are no drugs or alcohol. We create our own natural high through movement and music.

7. Be Mindful of the Collective Space
Move with awareness of others around you. This is a shared container of respect and care.

8. Come As You Are
All bodies, all expressions, all emotions are welcome here. There’s no right or wrong way to show up.

9. Stay for the Full Journey (if you can)
We open and close the space together to create a safe, held experience.

10. Integration & Grounding
Take time after the dance to rest, reflect, hydrate, and connect gently.
