Συναντιόμαστε κάθε σάββατο, για να παίκουμε μουσική, αυτοσχεδιάζοντας και εξερευνώντας τον ήχο μαζί.Τύμπανα, handpan, κρουστά, φλογέρες, φωνή. Ξεκινάμε ήρεμα με τσάι και γείωση, αφήνοντας τον χώρο να διαμορφωθεί φυσικά.Από εκεί η μουσική αναδύεται οργανικά.Μπορείς να παίξεις. Μπορείς απλώς να καθίσεις μέσα στο κύκλο του ήχου και να ακούσεις.Όλοι είναι ευπρόσδεκτοι. Οπότε κλείσε το εοσητήριο σου αν ενδιαφέρεσαι να βιώσεις έναν μουσικό αυτοσχεδιασμό σε κοινότητα

Ο Εκστατικός Χορός είναι μια πρακτική χορού και κίνησης που εξερευνά την συναρπαστική αίσθηση του να κινείς το σώμα σου ελεύθερα. Σε προσκαλούμε να κινηθείς, να παίξεις, να συνδεθείς, να τεντωθείς, να εκφραστείς, να χαλαρώσεις, να ανανεωθείς, να απελευθερωθείς, να αυτοσχεδιάσεις και να μεταμορφωθείς. Στην αρχή θα μοιραστούμε προαιρετικά λίγο ζεστό κακάο, σαν μια μικρή παύση για χαλάρωση και σύνδεση. Δεν χρειάζεται εμπειρία, ούτε “να ξέρεις να χορεύεις”. Είναι ένας χώρος ήρεμος και ανοιχτός, για κίνηση, αναπνοή και χαρά. ✨Η συμμετοχή είναι με δωρεά σε κλίμακα 10-20€. English: Ecstatic Dance is a movement and dance practice that explores the exhilarating sensation of moving your body freely. You are invited to move, play, connect, sweat, stretch, express yourself through sound, relax, renew, release, improvise, and transform. At the beginning, we will optionally share some warm cacao, as a small pause for relaxation and connection. No experience is needed, and you don’t have to “know how to dance.” This is a calm and open space for movement, breath, and joy. ✨ Participation is donation-based on a sliding scale of €10–20.
