Somatic Movement- Ecstatic - Body Temple Dance is a sacred healing practice to connect to ones body through movement and dance.

Body Temple ~ Somatic Dance Movement is a practice that encourages individuals to connect with their bodies through movement and dance. It focuses on the idea that our bodies are sacred vessels that should be treated with respect and care. This practice allows individuals to explore their bodies and movements in a safe and supportive environment through this dance practice individuals can tap into their inner selves, highest intuition and express their emotions , thoughts and feelings through movement. Body temple dance is not just about physical exercise but also about spiritual and emotional well being . It is a beautiful way to connect with oneself and others and to celebrate the beauty and power of the human body. It is similar to ecstatic dance as we do shake & release through more aggressive moments in the middle of class - but we do not shake for the entire hour.
