Join us for an unforgettable journey of self-expression through movement! Ecstatic Dance is an opportunity to let go of all inhibitions and lose yourself in the music. With a curated selection of upbeat and uplifting tunes, our dance floor will become a sanctuary for you to let loose, move your body, and connect with others. No experience required, just an open heart and a willingness to let go and have fun.*This practice is open and accessible to all. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Not childcare is provided.
