Ecstatic Dance is a freeform dance practice where you can move however you feel without any judgment or concern for the "right" way to dance. It's a space for you to be yourself, let go of stress, and connect with others through the universal language of movement. The Blessings of Ecstatic Dance:<ul><li>BE PRESENT (no phones or cameras)</li><li>EMBODIMENT (no talking or verbal communication)</li><li>CLEAR MIND (no intoxicants)</li><li>BE CONSENSUAL (make eye contact and CONFIRM a “YES”, respect others' space, crossed arms or looking away means “NO”</li><li>GROUNDING (no outside shoes)</li><li>BE FREE. DANCE HOW YOU WANT. NO JUDGEMENT.</li></ul> This event is produced by Just More Theater Inc., a non-profit 501 (c3) theater company dedicated to promoting arts education in schools as well as Isha Now, an organization spreading joy and bliss through movement and meditation.
