Ecstatic Dance is a moving meditation—a space to step out of your head and into your body, release what you’ve been carrying, and reconnect with yourself through movement.
There’s no choreography.
No experience necessary.
No right or wrong way to dance.
Just music, movement, community, and the freedom to let your body lead.
You might sweat. You might laugh. You might get quiet. You might shake something loose that you didn’t even realize you were holding.
Come dance it out. Come breathe. Come play. Come home to yourself.
Bring water, wear comfortable clothing, and come ready to move.
