Come and join us in this beautiful journey to the ecstatic state of being where pure joy—activated by the ecstatic breath, dance, somatic experiences and games—becomes part of you!We will practice different breathwork techniques to activate the ecstatic state of being and quiet the analytical narrative. We will release emotional heaviness to prepare your inner container for total joy. We will experience fun and emotional-mental freedom through tantric and shamanic practices. We will consciously explore how joy and ecstasy feel in the body to imprint them in the memory of every single cell. This workshop is dedicated to building joyful self-connection and safe happy connections with others, strengthening your joy muscle.Come, leave your worries, remove all your masks, and dive into the ecstatic state of being!Arrive open and raw. Wear your playfulness!All the practices will awaken the inner child and the dormant joy! Karolina has a Master's degree in Philosophy. She is a Yoga Alliance certified teacher with a life-long experience and a unique approach. She is an Emergence Breath certified facilitator dedicated to helping people move their stuck energy and release trauma. She has practiced Tantra for a long time, including Buddhist Tantra in Nepal and a modern tantric approach in India, Ibiza, Poland and the USA. Additionally, she studies shamanic tools and technologies from around the world under her Master, Anand Rudra and TrueTantra.EU.
