- MS-LS2-2. Ecosystems: Interactions, Energy and Dynamics: Construct an explanation that predicts patterns of interactions among organisms across multiple ecosystems.
About this Event:
From the arctic tundra to the tropical rainforest, there are many diverse ecosystems that span across our planet. Museum educators will introduce students to two examples from the Museum’s Living Collection to explore how living things interact and thrive within an ecosystem. In this session, students will:
- define the word ecosystem and explore a specific ecosystem.
- consider the possible relationships among living organisms in an ecosystem.
- identify the relationships between living organisms from the Museum’s Living Collection.
