About this event

  • 5 hours

Design a beautiful silk scarf with colors and shapes from nature! In this 3-hour workshop led by Sofia Selden of Joyous Silks, you’ll learn how to steam plant pigments onto wearable materials, creating detailed leaf and flower images. Students are encouraged to bring flowers and leaves from their home gardens and the forest, and can sample lightly from Bedrock’s gardens. Bring a lunch to class, and have fun socializing with other attendees.
