#ART & #CLIMATE ACTION - Join Earth Celebrations' ECOLOGICAL CITY - Art & Climate Solutions Workshops . Workshops engage community to collaborate creating giant puppets with artist Lucrecia Novoa and costumes & bio-art with artist Yohanna Roa that celebrate local climate solutions. Participants learn to apply the arts to address urban environmental challenges and amplify local solutions. Artistic works are featured in the culminating Ecological City - Procession for Climate Solutions, celebrating climate solutions throughout the community gardens neighborhood and waterfront on the Lower East Side of New York City. TEENS age 16 and up and ADULTS - Welcome.
