What is ECLIPSE?
Exercise Community Living in Prosthetics and Supporting Everyone. We dreamed of creating a community by bringing clinicians and people with limb loss together for education and support.  
The ECLIPSE Symposium 2019
Wellness- based symposium for health care providers and community members living in prosthetics
Sessions Include:
Strategies to improve function in prosthetics
Walking and Run clinics
Yoga
Adaptive sports
Stress Management

Managing patients after limb loss is a highly rewarding area of clinical practice, and we must stay current with rapid technological advances and diverse population needs to best serve our patients. With increased emphasis on functional and measurable reporting, a collaborative approach is ideal.
Come update your knowledge in this unique, interactive and interprofessional program. Community members with limb loss will also be attending, with opportunities to meet practicing clinicians during interactive lab sessions.

If you or a loved one is living with limb loss we encourage you to join the CSUN ECLIPSE community!
Free sessions with practicing physical therapists and certified prosthetists for:
Learning to run and improving your walking &amp; balance
Safely managing curbs, stairs and ramps
Modifying yoga poses for arm or leg limb loss
Attend a support group or participate in our classes featuring physical therapy, nutrition, kinesiology, and nursing students.
 
Speaker: TBD The event will be held in the Redwood Hall 160 at California State University, Northridge (CSUN). 
Parking:  Lot F5. Purchase your parking pass at Information Booth #3, located on Zelzah and Prairie. Cost of Parking - $8.00
