Join us on Thursday, May 9th for our next EC Member Lunch featuring Nashville entrepreneur Dave Delaney! Undiagnosed and untreated ADHD can shorten life expectancy by up to 13 years, but this is reversible. From 5-8% of Americans have ADHD, but 20% of these "Wise Squirrels" don't know they do. Roughly 60-80% of adults with ADHD have entrepreneurial intentions, and nearly 100% start a business!

The Root Down is an ADHD-inspired presentation and process to know, respect, and connect yourself. You will learn how to identify your superpowers to be more successful, specific ways to use journaling and mindfulness to improve your self-confidence, and how to show up, follow up, and catch up to build long-lasting professional relationships and curb loneliness.

Expect plenty of laughs and ah-ha moments as Dave Delaney shares his entrepreneurial story and leaves you with tools and tactics to improve your mental health regardless of whether you are neurodivergent or neurotypical.
