Kate Hilliard has been a dietitian for the Coastal Bend Food Bank for 5 years teaching nutrition education in the Corpus Christi community and surrounding towns.  She is passionate about healthy food and how it can help you live a better life.

<P>If you've never heard of vegan, or if you are contemplating eating healthier then this class is for you!  Kate Hilliard, Registered Dietitian for the Coastal Bend Food Bank will cover the major health benefits of eating vegan and will prepare 4 vegan recipes you can easily replicate at home.  Participants will also receive a vegan meal plan for even more ideas and combination.  Come out and taste for yourself!    </P>
