Welcome back to the new Eating Insects Series. This series has been a work of love, looking for new recipes of how to integrate insects in our diet, getting rid of the Yuk perception of eating insects. I will be preparing for a four-course dinner menu.
The menu still in the works!!! Menu will include Crickets, Silk Worms and Colombian Ants. Stay tuned for a detail Menu.
