About this event

  • 1 hour

We encourage everyone to make half of their plate fruits and vegetables at every meal. Fruits and vegetables come in many different shapes, sizes, and colors. Did you know that certain natural colors of foods carry specific health benefits? Come learn how to eat a rainbow and all of the wonderful health benefits from the different colors. Bring your lunch and learn with us during this virtual workshop!

This workshop is part of the 2024 "Extension at Home" series, brought to you by a collaboration of N.C. Cooperative Extension Agents. This series will feature a new topic each month related to Family and Consumer Sciences.
