Brandon M. Lopez, a drone technologist, FAA Remote Pilot Operator, &amp; Vice President of EnCor Industries (PBC), is helping build the nation’s 1st sovereign drone economy through hyper-local partnerships &amp; American-made manufacturing. He leads EnCor Global, a UAS training academy for Indigenous youth worldwide, &amp; is incubating the Intertribal Drone Racing League of Oklahoma (ITDRLO) to merge FPV racing + STEM education = tribal economic expansion.
