Easter Egg Hunt

Paws and Prayers Pet Rescue

Children 10 and under are invited to join us for an Easter Egg Hunt! No admission fee, but we ask that you bring a donation to help our fosters pets. Pre-event registration is required!  Don't forget your basket! 
**This is not an adoption event. Dogs that are on non-retractable leashes and that are dog and kid friendly are permitted at the event.** 
Rain/snow make-up date is Saturday, March 31 at 2:00pm.
Heats:

2:00pm - 3 and under (one adult helper permitted per child)
</LI>
<LI>
2:20pm - 4-6 year olds (no adults permitted in hunt area)
</LI>
<LI>
2:40pm - 7-10 year olds (no adults permitted in hunt area)
</LI>

Event Rules:

Pre-event registration is required for each child.
</LI>
<LI>
Sign-in is required upon arrival at event.
</LI>
<LI>
No false starts/early starts.  Any hunters entering hunt area prior to being relased by event staff will be disqualified from participating.
</LI>
<LI>
Do not open eggs in hunt area. Place all eggs in basket/bag and open outside of hunt area.
</LI>
<LI>
One (1) adult helper is permitted per child in 3 and under hunt.
</LI>
<LI>
No adults permitted in hunts for 4-6 year olds or 7-10 year olds.
</LI>

Event Waiver:
By signing up for this event, I know that participating in a egg hunt is potentially hazardous activity, which could cause injury or death. I will not enter and participate unless I am medically able and properly trained, and by my signature, I certify that I and/or my child/children are medically able to perform this event, and am in good health, and I am properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a egg hunt official relative to any aspect of my and/or my child’s/childrens’ participation in this event, including the right of any official to deny or suspend my participation for any reason whatsoever. I attest that I have read the rules of the egg hunt and agree to abide by them.  I assume all risks associated with running in this event, including but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, contact with dogs or other animals, the effects of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity, traffic and the conditions of the trail, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and inconsideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself, my child/children, and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Easter Egg Hunt event, the city of Cuyahoga Falls and Paws and Prayers Inc., and all event sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver.  I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use my photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.  I am signing this waiver of my own free will and volition.
