Welcome to EARTHFLOW!

We are an active visualization, energy-working, fairy-talking group!

An EARTHFLOW session is 45 minutes long and feels like playing in nature and with friends.

We stand (seating is available), reach up to the sky, reach down to the Earth, and speak to the trees and the sky, all outdoors at a beautiful hilltop park near DC Wharf.

EARTHFLOW allows you to check in with your body, your emotions, your aura, and the "emotions" of the lands we stand on.

We are all connected to each other with a flow. Together in session, we learn to manage our energy flow for deeper peace of mind, clarity of direction, strength of purpose, and secure empathy for ourselves, our friends, our families, and our city!

EARTHFLOW is loosely inspired by the national religion of Japan called Shinto, and by Native Hawaiian religion: both teach that we are surrounded by conscious nature spirits who are interacting with us at all times.

This is not a Wicca group - we have no formal ritual or robes. Instead we have open dialogue with those nature spirits! After opening up, relaxing, and releasing the stress of the past week, we allow the friendly and good nature spirits around us to help us with our troubles or concerns. You likely talked to them many times as a child! We're simply re-opening those channels!

EARTHFLOW is OUTDOORS. Come prepared to stand (seating is available) under sunny skies. Bring water, wear sensible footwear, and wear sunscreen!
