Elements ever present and basic to life are represented through the cycles of the seasons and other corresponding aspects such as color, organ, emotion, musical note, and energetic pathway. 
Earth is special among all the elements. She is the source of them, the center from which they all arise. As nature all around us goes through a process of change, the Nature inside us follows the same patterns.
Yoga and Qigong Healing provide tools that heighten our understanding and relationship to the elements, as well as provide practical ways of bringing harmony, balance and healing into our lives. 
According to the ancient classics the sounds of music are manifestations of energy. Music is an expression of harmony and balance of the elements. The sound of the drum, associated with earth, deepens our relationship to the element and enlivens our flow.
