Join us for a fermentation workshop where we&#x27;ll explore this sustainable culinary practice of fermentation where attendees will learn how to increase the shelf life of leftover herbs + vegetables by fermenting them.Our instructor will guide you through the process of pickling vegetables, including selecting the right vegetables, preparing them for pickling, and mixing the perfect brine. You&#x27;ll also learn about the science behind fermentation and the health benefits of consuming fermented foods.During the workshop, you&#x27;ll get hands-on experience as you pickle your own vegetables and take home a jar of your creation to enjoy.
