Join us for this early season grower peer support gathering where we’ll make space for a moment to take a breath, check in with ourselves, notice what’s going well and what might need a course correction, and how our bodies are feeling. Laura Frederickson-Gosewisch of Vital Ground Farm will lead us through a simple somatic exercise that can be easily incorporated into our daily workflow to help us remain grounded and focused on what we need throughout the season.
