You will be gently guided through our natural spaces; taking in and connecting with the early morning sights, sounds, and smells during this leisurely stroll. Unwind and recharge, science has shown that time spent in nature has healing and therapeutic health benefits.

Please bring a water bottle and wear sturdy walking shoes. This program will take place rain or shine so please dress appropriately.
