When do doors open to the theater for me to get my seat?

Doors normally are scheduled to open 30 minutes before the production begins.

When does the Box Office open for in person sales?

Accepted Answer

In person sales start 1 hour before the play starts. Box Office located outside the theater doors. We accept both cash and card.

Question 3

What happens if I loose my Ticket?

We can check you in by the name you used for the order. We can also re-email you the tickets.

Question 4

Do I need to Print my Ticket?

Accepted Answer

No, all we need is the QR barcode that is sent with your ticket, we can scan it off your phone. Tickets are attached to email as a PDF file. We also can check you in by name.

I'm an EAC Student How do I get a free ticket?

Accepted Answer

You can get into this event for Free with your Student ID. Please present it at the box office for your free ticket. If you want to secure a seat ahead of time email mprticketing@eac.edu with your EAC student email and name for a free ticket at least 24 hours before the performance.

Question 6

I'm an EAC Employee how do I get my free ticket?

Accepted Answer

Please email mprticketing@eac.edu with your EAC employee email and we will send you the code to secure your seats.

Question 7

I have a keychain for myself and a guest to get in for free.

Accepted Answer

Please present at the box office and we will get you and your guest a free ticket. to secure seats ahead of time email mprticketing@eac.edu
