About this event

Ready to soar to the top of a little-known trailhead ridge in Griffith Park --smack in the middle of LA -- with insane 360 degree views of the H✩llyw✩✩d Sign and Griffith Observatory? Or skip the line to the Observatory like a VIP, with your e-bike gliding past parked cars and pedestrians puffing uphill on Mount Hollywood? We'll also visit Travel Town, Autry Museum, LA Zoo, Griffith Park Ranger's Station, Griffith Park Merry-Go-Round, Cathy's Corner (site of the "LA LA Land" dance sequence) and a host of other cultural landmarks in between, including the largest Mexican Avocado tree in the USA. Plus meet hikers, horses, hawks and hopefully a bobcat or coyote along the way (!) Best of all, given the ebike's powerful 750 watt torque sensors and cushioned seats, the only thing that may get tired is your thumb on the throttle! Basic cycling experience required. Min age 16 yrs. All rides start and end in Atwater Village.

Ready to discover the real LA? The magnificent wildside of Griffith Park - five times larger (yes, 5!) than NYC's Central Park. During our three hour tour (mostly off streets, away from cars) we visit 5 museums (including the majestic Griffith Observatory), traverse 4 bridges/tunnels, view the Hollywood Sign from a secret trailhead, and say hello to horses, hikers, hawkes and hopefuly a bobcat or two. All rides start and end in adorable Atwater Village, an easily-walkable neighborhood known for artisanal shopping and Michelin-starred eateries (perfect for post-ride lunch).
