    Dynamic Change: Nurturing Confident Performers ROUND 2!


    Welcome to an exciting event designed to help you become a more confident performer! Join us for an evening filled with music therapy exercises that aim to prevent performance anxiety, hosted by Dr. Penny Roberts, the Healing Center, and the NOMC & AF.


    Sundays in July, beginning July 7 (7, 14, 21 & 28) for four weeks from 1:00-2:30. space is limited, please register.


    This program will be held on the second upper floor of the healing center, known as The Holistic Environment.

    No! all skills and levels and instruments or lack thereof

    Can I just show up to one of the group offerings, and not show up every week for the entire month?

    No! we need you to be committed, since there are many folks interested in this and we are offering it for free. please, if you sign up, show up to all or MOST of the sessions. missing one is okay. showing up to one is not.

    can I bring someone?

    yes, as long as they sign up!
