About this event

  • 1 hour

As exercise physiologists, we've become well acquainted with the ins & outs of healthy ageing.

Join us to discover:

  • The 3 key metrics that matter when it comes to healthy ageing (and they are not measured at your GP clinic!)
  • Why you need to be training 'smarter' instead of 'harder'
  • How to age gracefully and stay strong for decades to come

No one wants to be 'old' for longer than they need to - we all want to be young for as long as possible!

Our physical activity can have a huge impact on how long we can remain 'young' and continue to do the things we love into our later years.

At this event, we will clearly outline what the evidence shows should be our focus to not only maintain our physical capacity into our later years, but also keep the diseases of ageing at bay.

All proceeds will go to Operation Flinders Foundation to help them continue to deliever their services to at-risk youth.

Alternative date/time option:
