Over the years, he’s built strong relationships with nearby farms and foragers like Dunk's Mushrooms, weaving their ingredients into his menus. Today, he runs Unwined in historic downtown Milford—an intimate wine bar where thoughtful pairings and the changing seasons guide every dish. Matt is also known for his private dinners and pop-up experiences, bringing his creative farm-driven cooking to unique settings across New England.About the event:Limited seats are available to dine with the fungi and enjoy a meal in a functioning mushroom farm. There are 24 general admission seats available.We enjoy making our dinner events as interactive as possible.
