Learn the art of dumpling making from around the world in this hands-on workshop. You’ll explore the techniques and traditions that shape dumplings across cultures, from the delicate folds of Asian varieties to the hearty comfort of Eastern European styles. Step by step, you’ll practice shaping, filling, and sealing, discovering how small variations in dough and ingredients create unique textures and flavours. Together, we’ll prepare a variety of dumplings, simmered, steamed, or pan-fried to perfection. By the end, you’ll have mastered the essentials of this timeless culinary craft.

At the end of the workshop, you will have the knowledge and skills to make these little masterpieces in your own kitchen.

You will leave with printed and digital versions of the recipes, new experiences and knowledge, new friends, and, of course, your culinary creations to share with others (or enjoy on your own!).

The recipes are shaped by what the market has to offer, so the full menu is only revealed on the day of the workshop.

What is provided:

What to bring:

  • Comfortable clothes and shoes
