When: Saturday January 28 or Sunday January 299﻿0-min sessions at 1pm, 3pm, and 5pmDoors will open 15 minutes before the start of each session to begin check inWhere: Dumpling Club Kitchen, 3233 22nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94110Price: $98 per person, includes 25 dumpling wrappers and your choice of fillings (a vegan option will be provided!) plus drinks &amp; snacks+﻿ Add 25 more wrappers for $25Minimum age: We are excited to welcome kids who are at least 10 years old. Each child under 18 must have their own ticket, and be accompanied by a paying adult. If there&#x27;s enough demand, we may open up specific sessions for families with younger children. Thank you in advance for your understanding.WHAT TO EXPECT:To celebrate Lunar New Year, we are inviting you into our kitchen to wrap dumplings together. We&#x27;ll take care of all the fillings and walk you through the different types of pleating styles, from the most basic to the most advanced. Making dumplings is a ritual we do every year as a family, and we can&#x27;t wait to share it with our extended Dumpling Club community.Each session is limited to 16 participants to ensure we have an intimate and relaxed atmosphere. E﻿ach ticket holder will receive 25 premade dumpling wrappers (with the option to purchase more if you&#x27;re a dumpling pro!). You&#x27;ll be able to choose from a few different fillings, or mix and match. Our communal dining tables will be laid out with snacks and drinks whenever you need to take a break from wrapping, or if you just want to hang out.A﻿t the end of the session, you&#x27;ll take home all the dumplings you made on a tray, ready to cook for dinner or freeze to eat later!A﻿LLERGIES &amp; DIETARY PREFERENCESWe will be unable to accommodate allergies and dietary preferences for the event. Please note that all dumpling wrappers contain gluten and our fillings may contain soy, sesame, and shellfish. We will provide at least one vegan filling. Please check with us if you have any questions or concerns.A﻿TTIREExpect to be on your feet for most of the event, so we recommend comfortable shoes. Long hair needs to be tied back. Participants with long nails may find it difficult to pleat specific styles. Aprons are optional. You can bring your own, or use one of ours.R﻿EFUND POLICYTickets are non-refundable. If you cannot make it, your ticket can be transferred to another family member or friend. Dumpling Club started out producing small-batch frozen dumplings using local and seasonal produce and has since grown to include many other products. Today, we are increasingly focused on the wonderful community we’ve built around learning to cook Chinese &amp; Asian dishes. Cooking is the heart of what we do, whether that’s teaching you something simple like how to prepare frozen dumplings, or something more advanced like how to properly steam fish. People come for the dumplings, and stay for the community.
