Dumpling Night 

Saus is a condiment focused restaurant, known for our fries and poutine.We set out to provide inspired, made-from-scratch food in a casual counter setting. We believe in the power of the condiment, which is why we have over 15 unique sauces on our menu, not including our homemade mayo, ketchup, hot saus, and gravy.

We're hosting a one-night-only epic dumpling event with our friends <A HREF="http://www.jajupierogi.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Jaju Pierogi</A> and <A HREF="https://www.buenas.co/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Buenas</A>, right here at <A HREF="http://www.sausboston.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Saus</A>. Since we're all soon-to-be neighbors at the upcoming Bow Market in Somerville (opening late Spring 2018) and have already bonded over our shared love of pocket foods, we figured it only makes sense to join forces and bring you on a global dumpling tour. 
Representing Saus, Chin will be making two Chinese style dumplings (for dumpling night only, we're stepping out of our restaurant's fried potato repertoire and flexing our culinary muscles to make new friends). Jaju has vowed to make a new flavor pierogi, just for Dumpling Night. Plus, get an exclusive sneak peek at what you can expect from Jaju and Buenas at their Bow Market space. 
Dumpling Night is a three course event, featuring two different style dumplings from each restaurant, each paired with a culturally appropriate side dish.
