Dumpling Class at Mei Mei Dumpling Factory in South Boston!

Learn the art of handmade dumplings at Mei Mei, two-time winner of Boston Magazine’s “ Best Dumplings.” In this 2-hour hands-on class, you’ll learn everything you need to fold and cook delicious dumplings. Dumpling fillings include our lemongrass pork filling or our five-spice tofu mushroom filling (vegan).

The class covers everything from hand-folding techniques to how to achieve a perfect pan-sear at home. After you learn how to fold some of our favorite shapes, you’ll get to eat your creations with a variety of dipping sauces from our sauce bar. We’ll send you home with some of the dumplings you made, along with a recipe card and all the tips and tricks you need to host your very own dumpling party!

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By purchasing a ticket the participant (or parent/guardian, if participant is a minor) acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with the Mei Mei Dumplings Cooking Class, including, without limitation, cuts, burns, food poisoning, slipping and falling, any other personal injury, and equipment and facility conditions.

The participant shall indemnify, defend, and hold Mei Mei Dumplings, its stockholders, agents, affiliates and employees harmless (i) against any third party claim, action, suit or proceeding arising from services provided to the Client pursuant to this Agreement; and (ii) for all losses, damages, liabilities and all reasonable expenses and cost (including all legal costs) incurred by Mei Mei Dumplings as a result of a judgement entered Mei Mei Dumplings in any such claim, action, suit or proceeding.

Please take note of our reschedule and refund policy outlined below:

1. Free Reschedule: Each ticket is eligible for one complimentary reschedule.
2. Subsequent Reschedules: Following the initial free reschedule, a $5 per ticket rescheduling fee is applicable and must be settled before the class start time.
3. 48-Hour Window: Reschedule or refund requests within 48 hours of the class will be considered for a 50% credit.
4. Class Commencement: Once the class has commenced, neither reschedule nor refund requests will be accommodated.

Note: Eventbrite does not refund its fees when issuing refunds (full or partial) to the original form of payment. Refunds issued as Eventbrite credit to be used in a future Mei Mei class will include fees.
